Student Support Worker
My name is Sandra Trempner, the students know me as Mrs. T. I have worked for the division for 29 years in several schools and alternate programs. This year I am very excited and blessed to be able to work with the students and staff at Immanuel Christian Elementary as the Student Support Worker, Monday through Thursday.
My role within the school is to be a positive support to the students. I have always had a passion for working with elementary students, where there is so much opportunity to provide support and plant seeds of learning. Elementary aged children are eager, exciting, and full of life, and when I get to spend time learning from them, and working with them, we grow together, and my heart is full. I am looking forward to my year at Immanuel Christian Elementary and getting to know the staff and students.
For me, a favourite and meaningful verse in the Bible is from Proverbs 22:6 "Start children off on the way that they should go, and even when they are old, they will not depart from it."
