Learning Commons Facilitator

My Deep Hope: My Deep Hope is to empower students to be curious and creative as they explore their role in God's story - to learn and understand how they can serve God and others with joy, compassion and wisdom.

I am embarking on my 10th year as the Learning Commons Facilitator at Immanuel Christian Elementary School.  I love working with children and I love to read – It can’t get much better than this!  I feel so blessed to be a part of the ICES community.

I was born and raised in and around Calgary.  I moved to Lethbridge for a job opportunity in 1991.  While working as a paralegal for a local law firm I met my husband.   We have been happily married for 28 years.  We have 3 children who, like their father, all attended Immanuel Christian Schools from kindergarten through grade 12. I also have two wonderful grandchildren.  I enjoy spending time with family, reading and enjoying nature.

Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.  Psalm 119:105
